10 family-friendly cottages for rent on the shore of Lake Huron!

We are a family-owned and operated beach vacation spot! We offer 10 cottages on lakefront land settled in the sand on Lake Huron's shores in Sauble Beach, Ontario. Formally known as Westview Cottages, our family acquired this site in January 2020. We've been breathing new life into these beach abodes, just as this business has breathed new life into this Huband, Wife and kiddo trio.

In total, we have five three-bedroom and five two-bedroom cottages available to rent between May and October. Our rentals are situated into 3 rows on a single plot of lakefront land. The front row offers THE BEST lake views in the entire region and is home to our newly renovated Villas. The middle row is elevated, offering lake views from the decks and just the right amount of summer breeze off the lake. Our back row of cottages overlooks a large courtyard and provides the perfect setting for outdoor games and campfires after a relaxing day at the beach. We also offer FREE WIFI to our guests during their stay, just in case you want to make all your friends jealous of your beach hangs!

Busy Beaver Alert - We ditched the shingles and installed four new steel roofs, AND we're upgrading Cottage #6 to a Villa. Renovations are underway, and we anticipate competition in early May 2023. We aim to have new signage peppered around the site and add outdoor lighting in the common areas too. As always, in the spring, we'll do our thorough walkthroughs of each unit and might paint a wall or swap out some furniture. The pullout sofa in Cottage #5 will be retired this year and replaced with a regular 3-seater sofa. Best to follow our socials if you want the nitty-gritty of all the little improvements we make in the springtime before the rental season gets underway.

Spring: We anticipate opening up for the May long weekend this year, offering rentals on a weekend basis only. You may arrive on a Thursday or a Friday and depart on Sunday; a two-night stay minimum is required to book. All Cottages are $189 + HST per night, and our Villas are $275 + HST per night during the time frame of May 18th to June 25th, 2023.

Summer: Our weekly rentals will kick in from July 1st to September 4th, 2023. During this period, we only accept week-long reservations (Saturday to Saturday). You can find more details about each unit on the 'Villas and Cottages' page. All units and summer weeks are currently booked. No availability at this time.

Fall: Just as in the spring, we're offering weekend rentals only into the cooler months. You may arrive on a Thursday or a Friday and depart on Sunday; a two-night stay minimum is required to book. All Cottages are $189 + HST per night, and our Villas are $275 + HST per night from September 8th to October 9th, 2023. The fall is an incredibly magical time to stay in the Bruce Peninsula. Mother nature comes alive with the absence of sun-seeking humans. You'll score some major deals at the local shops prepping to close for the season. There are no more long lines at your favourite restaurants and parking spots galore in the surrounding towns.

COVID: While we wish we had a crystal ball to see how this year will pan out, we're just going to take it one day at a time. We will follow all the Provincial and Band COVID guidelines/measures for operating and cleaning between guests. As you may have noticed, these measures can change rapidly, so we recommend that you follow us on Facebook or Instagram. We can inform everyone swiftly of any critical changes/information that may impact your stay with us through these platforms. Rest assured, should the Band/Province be in a lockdown state for your intended stay, refunds or credits will be issued, and we will contact you directly.
